Food & Snack Products
All food, snack, and beverage products are classified as final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once shipped.
Due to food safety regulations and handling standards, consumable products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Exceptions apply only in cases where an order is:
- Delivered damaged
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
- Incomplete (missing items)
In these cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with supporting evidence, such as photos of the issue.
Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
Non-Food Items
Eligible non-food items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, all conditions must be met:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be returned in original packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Approved returns must be sent back by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If a return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method after the item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item has been received and verified.
