Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Noctraline, a brand operated by Cosmic Visionaires LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.

Processing times may be extended during limited releases, holidays, or high-volume periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, package weight, and selected carrier.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $70 within the United States. Free shipping thresholds are subject to change at any time without notice.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using the following carriers:

  • UPS (Ground)
  • USPS (Ground Advantage)
  • USPS (Priority Mail)

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the carrier selected at checkout and the destination.

Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


Risk of Loss and Delivery

All orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss and title transfer to the customer.

Noctraline is not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.


Food Products and Transit Conditions

Some items, including chocolate and other heat-sensitive products, may be affected by temperature changes during transit.

This may include melting, softening, or cosmetic changes and does not necessarily impact product safety or quality.

Noctraline is not responsible for product changes resulting from heat exposure during shipping.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.


Order Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
